The car color that you pick is so much more than just a car color; it says volumes about you. A car color can give insight into the driver’s personality and mood.

One of the classiest car colors in the world is black; it is the color of choice for executives, politicians and anyone else who wants to be taken seriously and give off an air of absolute authority. Personally, I chose to drive a black car because I feel that it makes others take me seriously in comparison to say an orange or green car, which may come across as “too young” and whimsical.  I like to be taken seriously and therefore chose a color that embodies power, authority, class and prestige. Silver is a popular color that many buyers are drawn too. Silver cars can look classy and elegant if the color is more muted while metallic silvers look stunning on coupes and sports cars like the Toyota Supra or Mercedes SL. There is a big difference between silver and grey though; if you don’t wax your car frequently, it can dull and turn into a murky grey color which may not be as desirable.

Bright Yellow – Most of the cars I’ve seen that are yellow are usually quirky looking such as old VW Beetle’s or Mini Coopers. Yellow is a color that is similar to red because it attracts a lot of attention. Drivers of yellow cars don’t really care what others think about them; they aren’t afraid to march to the beat of their own drum.
